With an area of over 100 m², an inviting atmosphere and the surrounding natural surroundings, the terrace is a relaxed spot where you can host up to 100 guests. For both business and private events, this outdoor space offers an informal yet highly distinctive setting in the heart of Maastricht.

The outdoor space truly lives up to its idyllic, green setting. The combination of the historic barracks architecture and the surrounding City Park immediately creates a relaxed atmosphere in which your guests will feel welcome. Whether it’s a summer drinks reception with colleagues, a romantic toast at your wedding, or a festive reception for your business associates, our outdoor space is the perfect setting.

The terrace is directly connected to Tapijn’s large indoor space, meaning both areas can be combined perfectly for larger events or a varied programme. Think of a sunny reception or ceremony outdoors, followed by a dinner or evening party indoors. Naturally, Event Management Group will ensure a seamless transition and a layout that perfectly matches your personal requirements.

From your initial enquiry right through to the day of your event, we’ll be with you every step of the way. We’ll discuss your requirements, show you what our venue has to offer, and work together to create an event that suits both your organisation and your guests.

Quote request

Please complete the enquiry form on our website. Based on this, we will draw up a no-obligation quote and reserve your event date.

Site visit and discussion of the quote

You will visit our venue accompanied by one of our experienced event managers, after which we will finalise the quote together and confirm the date for you.

Fine-tuning details

Please confirm the final headcount and dietary requirements two weeks before the event. Everything will now be finalised to ensure nothing is left to chance.

Day of the event
